An insightful video, Confessions of a Chicago Red Light Ticketing Camera, was produced in November 2009 showing 13 Chicago intersections, all with sub-three second yellow traffic signal intervals. Three seconds is the absolute Federal minimum, but in Chicago the yellows should be at least 4.0 seconds for safety.
